Request A Pre-Qualification Consultation

Every industry expert recommends getting a pre-qualification letter from a lender before you start looking for your new home (unless you're paying all cash!)  There are several advantages to this:

• You save time in the search narrowing the price range

• You don't suffer disappointment when you find a house you love, but can't get a large enough mortgage

• You are in a stronger bargaining position with sellers

• You get a head start on the loan process
